Bollywood has entered into an era where the
new-comers directors are experimenting with their innovative and real
stories creating an all new cinema. Kudos to all these gutsy people from the
bottom of my heart.
The film ‘Charlie Kay Chakkar Mein’ is another
addition in a suspense thriller genre, directed by Manish Srivastav. The film
stars Naseeruddin Shah, Anand Tiwari, Amit Sial, Disha Arora, Subrat Dutta and
Manassi Rachh. This Bollywood flick is a murder mystery based on a real murder
case where accuse Vijay Palande brutally murdered a young (just 28 years old)
and aspiring producer Karan Kumar Kakkar.
Naseeruddin Shah played the protagonist in
the low budget film and also slashed down his rate because for him adding a
huge budget was not required to make a movie at par. According to the sources,
the versatile actor felt grateful for the role of a high rank police officer
and said that he always look for content-driven roles.
